Confirmation
After booking and when payment process has been completed, you will immediately receive an email containing the following info:
Check in and check out date, total number of nights, address, name and contact number of the person who will meet you at the apartment, closest metro station, together with a summary of the apartment chosen and description of the area.
This will allow you to always have the details of your apartment while travelling and eventually send them to travel mates.
Cancellation
When booking you will be charged 20% of total price of stay, this amount is not refundable.
The rest of the payment (80% of total amount) is due in cash when you check in.
If you cancel more then 30 days before arrival you will be charged 30 % of the total amount, depending on the apartment.
If you cancel less then 30 days before arrival you will be charged 100%.
If we are able to rebook the apartment cancelled by you, you will not be charged. We will do our best to do so and keep you informed. Our commitment is client satisfaction
and therefore we will try our best to do so.
We advise you to take out travel insurance. In case of any cancellation, even due to any major incident, the conditions of cancellation will be applied as established here.
Cleaning fee and Admin costs
The only fee we apply is 50 euros for each reservation which comprehend cleaning costs, credit card commission, admin fees, vat.
No other costs will be charged on your credit card.
Check in – Check out Time
Check in time: 3 pm
Check out time: 11 am
Different time from the above needs to be agreed with the owner. Please contact us for details.
Late check in – early check out
On check in time between 9pm- 11pm, there's an additional charge of 30 euros
On check out time from 11am to 3pm, additional charge is 30 euros if the apartment is avalaible that certain day.
Check in after 11pm, on sunday, or spanish bank holidays, additional charge of 50 euros
Security deposit
Deposit is 300 euros BY CREDIT CARD (VISA, MASTERCARD). It consists on a pre-authoritation that block this amount on the account.
Deposit will be unlocked on your leave, if the apartment is found with no major damage.
